01 / Discovery
Audit
Interviews, floor walkthroughs and a gap analysis against the standards your sector is actually held to.
Governance and operational infrastructure
We build the operational structure that organisations in regulated sectors need and rarely have time to write down. Hospitals, clinics, schools and manufacturers, anywhere a regulator expects to see it on paper.
What we do
We build the structure that makes the bad days rare, and recoverable when they happen.
01 / Discovery
Interviews, floor walkthroughs and a gap analysis against the standards your sector is actually held to.
02 / Documentation
Handbooks, SOPs, forms and registers. Numbered, version controlled and readable by the staff they govern.
03 / Governance
Reporting lines, delegation of authority, incident protocols and the registrations you should hold before you need them.
04 / Implementation
Staff training, a supervised run in period and a review at the end. The phase most consultancies skip.
Also / Retail and inventory
Consignment stock control, serial and lot tracking, reconciliation procedures and cashier training for retail operations. HR documentation too: contracts, disciplinary procedure, onboarding, handover and exit.
How we work
The Operational Infrastructure Methodology. Nothing gets drafted until we have seen how the operation really runs, and nothing is finished until people are using it.
See the real workflow, not the described one. Interviews at every level, observation on the floor and a discovery report you can act on even if we stop there.
Write from what we found, not from a template library. Plain language, numbered and version controlled so anyone can tell which copy is current.
Train the people who will use it, run it in and correct what did not survive the working day. A procedure nobody follows is a procedure nobody paid for.
Operating principles
We do not write documents to pass an inspection and then leave.
A template pack is not a diagnosis. Every document starts inside your operation.
Where the work touches law or finance, we say so and hand it to the right adviser.
Who we are
Sutura Works is a Nigerian consultancy. Sutura is Hausa for covering and protection, and that is the whole idea: a system exists to cover the people working inside it.
Most growing organisations run on goodwill and a few people who know where everything is. That works until someone is on leave, an inspector arrives or a key member of staff moves on. We turn that knowledge into structure the organisation owns.
We want the structure we build to outlast us. If a client can run it, review it and revise it without calling us back, the engagement worked.
